Leonardo is a hell of a collector and the guy has tons of cds to show to everyone!

Here he give us a sample of his collection, by showing his Insania Stockholm jewels!

Also, he is going to be posting here as well! His collections are legendary and he will share a lot of interesting material with us.

Kama - Alestorm

Alestorm is a band I've known since their first record. They are fairly new to the metal scene, their debut was released in 2008.

But that doesn't mean they are not worth checking out. When I first saw their release, the cover art really got my attention. I'm into pirate stuff so I had to check their music. And I wasn't dissapointed.

I was really lucky to find their debut for sale as digipak with their EP Leviathan included! It was released by Witch of the East, a division of Scarecrow Records from Mexico.

Kama - Arch Enemy

This time I'll post my small collection of Arch Enemy.

I'm still missing a lot of items. But I managed to get my favorite albums. And the digipak of their best of, which they recorded songs from their first albums but with Angela on vocals.

A special note for the Burning Bridges edition. This is a re-release with 9 (NINE!!) bonus tracks. I really love this album even with the old vocalist. The booklet comes with track commentaries by Michael Amott.

Monitor Resolution

Hey guys, I need some info.

I have designed this site based on my own resolution, which is 1920x1080. But I know some people might use a lower resolution, which would cause the site to displayed in a very ugly way. And since I have no idea how to make it to adjust automatically, I must change the looks by myself (btw, if someone knows how to do that with blogger, please tell me so this won't be a problem anymore!)

So I created a little poll to know whats the resolution people most use. So that way I can adjust accordingly.

Please vote so we can improve the website!

Thanks a lot! :)

Kama - The Storyteller Collection

Ok, so this time I'll show you guys a very simple collection.

I've heard about this band a few years ago, back in 2007 I think. I was really into power metal so I started to search for every kind of band of this genre around the internet. And The Storyteller was among those bands!

When I listened to their music, specially the debut album, I was hooked for quite some time. They don't do anything new or different than many other bands of this genre, but I really liked the vocalist tone and the fast guitars with very melodic lines, exactly what I was looking for back then.

But took me a really good time to find their cds! The first I bought was their last before they disband (although they have returned this year!) on ebay. But since thats no longer an option for me, my Storyteller discography was on hold.

But then I was shopping the other day on a very famous gallery here in Brazil (Galeria do Rock) and found out they had some cds released here by Hellion Records! So I got my Tales from a Holy Quest that day.

Their 2 first albums though were really hard to find. But not until recently, when I found a brazilian website that had both albums for a very nice price!! So I didn't think twice and got them right away!

Now I'm only missing their EP "Seed of Lies" which is going to take some effort to find. But nonetheless, at least their full-lenght albums I already own! Too bad there are no limited editions that I'm aware...

Please forgive the simple post for now. We are still testing on how things are going to be displayed, so for now its just a basic photo gallery :)

Coming Soon...

Hello folks!

This is a new website dedicated to the marvelous world of colletions of heavy metal cds.
Soon there will be tons of pictures and videos from many collectors around the world willing to display their grand pieces of arts!

Not only this site will show collections, but it will also be a repository of pictures and informations about limited editions of many bands. We are not centered on a single style or genre of metal, so anything from Black Metal to Hard Rock is welcome.

At this moment we are still figuring out the looks and features of the website, so in the meanwhile it will be a bit slow over here. Also I have a lot of pictures to take from my own collection!

So in the few days we will be seeing some action here. As for now, I shall keep this place tidy for the most awesome collections of metal of all time :)

See you guys later!
